Sayings
Although there are plenty of overused/cliché sayings used in the work place, I’d would just like vent about one: “I’ve got a lot on my plate.” As a big eater, in the non-metaphorical sense, I always have a lot on my plate. Doesn’t mean I won’t pile some more mashed potatoes on around the edge. Mmm.. mashed potatoes. Damn. Now I’m hungry.
